Silvassa

Silvaasa- The capital of Dadra & Nagerhaveli -UT of India . It is in a location . Nearest Railway Spotis Vapi Station. I went here today to attend an interview at Sterlite Copper , Chinch pada.

The route was too good. At many places the streams were flowing very violently as the monsoons were still in progress.

People were very simple. Cost of the things were very cheap execpt for taxi's and autos.

The interview was fine. I could interact every thing and satisfy them to possible extent.

Bharthy on train

Bharthy packs all his luggage and left to station. I to accompanied him from his residence at Payal apartments, Adajan to Railway station .

We reached railway station on time. The huge luggage and small luggage all were shifted to platform no 1 of the Surat Railway Station. I was having film camera along with me. I need to take a joint photo of myself and Bharthy.

As we reached the platform we got the Announcement that the Shatabdi express bound for Mumbai central is on Right time. Hardly had we left with 5 minutes. Then I went and brought 2 cups of Nescafe . Before we could complete coffee train arrived and departed too.

Bharthy will be reaching Mumbai to night and leaves to Kolkatta from there by air, later he goes to Kragpur by another train.

The monsoon at last relented over Gujarat. Things started to became normal very soon.

Life started to became normal. Train link too got restored.

By this time our Sundera Bharthy was ready with his agenda to move to Karaghpur IIT, WB, to pursue his PG diploma in “Steel Making”. He is all set leave from Surat on 11th July 2005.

Terrorism plays a nasty role in th world. A group of Terrorists have attacked the Britans Capital City LONDON.

Though the leaders have vow to fightback and defeat terrorism the familes of who lost their loved ones are to be consoled .

Many people lost their life for the cause of nothing. Such terror attacks contains no-meaning.

To destroy - Very easy. [a terrorsit attack]
To create - Very Difficult. [a civil society contribution]

The evil designs of terroists itself does not have any substance to claim any victory in it.

Sun Plays Hide and Seek

In one of my earlier posts I had mentioned the end of HOT summer with a title post “ Moon Plays Hide and Seek”. But today after 10 days of heavy rain and floods in Surat [South Gujarat] , today I had seen Sun Playing the same . This game of SUN has brought good relief. Temporary ceasing of rain means draining of floodwaters. Life is returing to Normal.

Still dampness is high on atmoshphere.

As the rains stops then the damage caused due to floods need to be overcome. Transportation is still a problem. Rail link is not yet restored. But the receding flood water leads to quicker restoration / relaying of rail tracks where ever breaches have ouucured.

Vegetables have become shortage. The rates have increased by four folds. A kg of Ladiesfinger costs Rs 40 .But its nominal price is arround Rs 10 to 15.
